hola! We're molly & victor
I want in
We had NO clue what we were doing. Through trial and error as well as diligent research (thank you Google), we learned the ropes of managing a short-term rental property. Then our spaces started filling up fast.
in May 2021, we purchased A 3 Unit house
Picture this. It was March of 2020 and the pandemic happens. We're living in the Financial District in NYC and now have the opportunity to work remotely from home. As long as we had wifi, we could travel, explore and basically live anywhere. So we started spending weeks on end in Molly's hometown in Connecticut. We soon realized that this quaint little town was lacking great short term rental options. And so...
By using Airbnb, we are able to pay for all expenses on the house and are even making a profit — yes, you read that right: a profit! So now we have a place to stay when we are in Connecticut, and we are also making money — it’s simply a win/win!
It is also so much fun. We have had over 100 guests stay at the house from all over the world. Guests have included visiting family members, fall foliage tourists, couples looking for a mini getaway, and traveling nurses working locally. We have also rented our space to host workshops, company retreats, family holidays, and even weddings.
And then we started making money
We want to give you everything we wish that we had since day one. Why spend countless hours recreating a system that we've already mastered and have had success with.
And now We are going to help you
You don't need to start an Airbnb in a large city to succeed. Our house is in a town of only 35,000, with no big tourist attractions. Most visitors coming through are visiting family or visiting for work. You also don’t need to be a marketing or business guru to make this work — all it takes is some hard work and knowing the ins and outs of short-term rentals to get started.
