Mostly with Molly as this is mostly her project but if it's complicated financials then Victor will probably hop on as well! You can also state your preference in your onboarding form.
What is your refund policy?
If you'd like to cancel your 1:1 session purchase more than 3 days ahead of the scheduled session date, we'll refund you 100% of the total session price. The reason for the 3 days is because Molly and Victor will be doing a lot of prep work prior to your session to ensure that you will get the most out of it.
Will my call be with Molly or Victor?
Yes - this is the perfect time to talk to us. We can give you an in-depth look at the day to day of hosting to see if this is a good decision for you.
I don't have a short term rental yet but am interested in talking with you. Can I still schedule a call?
You will receive an immediate email with an introduction from us. Along with a calendar for you to book your session and a form for you to fill out for us to get to know more about your business what outcomes you want to have from our call. Following the session you will also receive a PDF within a day reviewing everything discussed on the call as well as recommendations and next steps
