Both living and working in New York City we often discussed buying a 2nd country home in Connecticut, where Molly is from. We loved weekend escapes from the city and spending more time with Molly’s family but it financially didn’t make sense for us to have 2 homes.   

Then came Airbnb, seeing the need for short term housing in the area we purchased a multi-unit home in May of 2021. We had the intention to Airbnb it when we weren’t there to help cover our mortgage. It quickly became more than that! In our first year we welcomed over 100 guests from all over the world and made a profit.
